For more than 20 years Reinhard Tvarocska, a specialist for the conception and implementation of dynamic competition strategies, has been active as a VC-Investor in technology start-ups during their seed and early stages.
Due to this he has gathered a wealth of experience in setting up financial structures, developing new business models and preparing companies for IPOs.

As co-founder and chairman of the Berlin, Germany based venture capital company AWC AG, which specializes in early stage investments, he has been following the development of GeoSpectra IPDS® for several years and recognized the paradigm shifting potential of this technology early on.
The unique opportunity to use this technology in the most important energy market worldwide was the basis for a revision of RGRs business model and a strategic reorientation of the company.

In May 2011 Mr. Tvarocska took over the position of president of RGR Corporation.

Mr. Tvarocska studied mechanical engineering in Vienna and economics in Vienna and St. Gallen. He lives with his wife and two children in Geneva, Switzerland.
