Rescue Gas Resources Corporation’s core business is to invest in oil projects, mainly in those that focus on searching for and exploiting undiscovered oil deposits, even small ones, on currently producing as well as orphaned and abandoned oil fields in North America.

Founded by experienced venture capitalists, RGR will be investing a total of at least 30 million USD in projects in North America, with up to 5 million USD per individual project, in 2012 and 2013.

As a decision tool to aid in project selection RGR uses a revolutionary technology developed by GeoDynamics Research S.r.l. called GeoSpectra IPDS® which exponentially increases the chances of finding subsurface hydrocarbon reservoirs.

Geospectra IPDS®, in contrast to standard reflection seismic which only detects subterranean geological structures, can detect the actual presence and volume of hydrocarbons with a high degree of accuracy.

RGR does not acquire leases itself. Instead it offers oil companies a unique possibility for profitable partnerships.

This entails RGR deploying GeoSpectra IPDS® on a partner’s oilfield at its own expense. If the analysis of the GeoSpectra IPDS® survey and existing data show the existence of a commercially viable reservoir, RGR shares in the costs for drilling and exploiting these new reserves and subsequently receives a permanent participation in the income generated.
